Cleaning the Photoelectric Sensor

There is a photoelectric sensor next to the sanding belt monitoring the belt position. If excessive dust covers the sensor, it will cause erratic belt movement and wobble. So you can simply wipe it clean with a dry cloth.

Cleaning the Rollers

During processing, fine metal dust will accumulate on the rubber rollers and pneumatic cylinders, forming a hardened layer that unbalances the belt. So you need to remove the dust buildup with a clean tool.

Checking Air Pressure

The sanding belt operates using air pressure. If the air pressure is unstable, the sanding belt will wobble. Before each start-up, you need to clean the internal dust to verify the air pressure.
