Standard deburring tools can not reach tiny hidden holes. Your metal parts are frequently wedged inside fine screw threads. Designed with super-strong magnets spinning underneath the tank, the spinner deburring turns millions of tiny steel pins (0.2 mm to 1.5 mm) into a fast-moving, liquid-like scrub. Sure.

How long do stainless steel magnetic pins last, and are they reusable?

3 to 5 years.

SUS304 magnetic pins are durable, semi-permanent media. Under daily production, they can be reused with water rinsing and dry storage.

How are finished parts separated from magnetic pins after processing?

Designed with a quick-separation sieve and a magnetic hand wand, you can screen to collect finished parts from magnetic pins easily and quickly.
