Customized sanding machine solutions are designed to solve complex production challenges in plywood processing. Today, I’d like to share a customer case from Southeast Asia, where we developed a customized solution for thin plywood sanding, primer sanding, and high-productivity production requirements.
With continuous business expansion and long-term trust in our machines, this customer has purchased our sanding equipment every two years.
The machine is mainly used for thin plywood sanding, primer sanding, and high-productivity panel processing. For manufacturers requiring stable surface finishing, our panel sander provides an efficient solution for plywood and wood panel applications.
| Customer Requirements | Application Details |
|---|---|
| Thin plywood sanding | Processing thin plywood panels with consistent surface quality |
| Primer sanding | Preparing surfaces before coating and finishing processes |
| Warped and deformed boards | Ensuring stable feeding and uniform sanding results |
| High productivity | Supporting continuous production with efficient sanding performance |
| Production line integration | Matching existing equipment height and workflow requirements |
Based on the above requirements, we provide our customer with the following customized features:
- Fixed-height table. The fixed-height table ensures the height consistency with other machines in the production line. Our machine can lift its upper part for thickness adjustment, without affecting other machines in the line.
- Adjustable side guides. For high productivity, workpiece feeding deviation is quite common. We specifically design side guides at both sides of the entry to prevent it.
- Spring pressure roller. Since the warped and deformed boards are common, we design a spring pressure roller for the smooth entrance to the machine.
- Pressure bars. As soon as the warped board touches the sanding belt, it will be sanded more heavily than the unwarped part. In order to prevent this,we design pressure bars around the sanding belt.
- Brush sanding wheel. A brush sanding wheel is equipped to assist the sanding belt in achieving perfect surface result. You can set 400 grit or 600 grit for it. Furthermore, it can be lifted independently for different passes.
- Frequency converter. A frequency converter is designed for motor, so that you can adjust the motor to different rotation speeds to perfect surface.
| Customized Feature | Problem Solved | Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-height table | Need to match existing production line height | Ensures smooth integration without changing other machines |
| Adjustable side guides | Feeding deviation during high-speed production | Improves feeding stability and processing accuracy |
| Spring pressure roller | Warped and deformed boards entering the machine | Provides smoother feeding and better sanding consistency |
| Pressure bars | Uneven sanding caused by warped boards | Maintains uniform sanding pressure across the surface |
| Brush sanding wheel | Need for finer surface finishing | Supports 400 grit and 600 grit finishing processes |
| Frequency converter | Different material and finishing requirements | Allows flexible speed adjustment for better results |
This actual case reveals that besides the standard configured machines, we excel at solving your problems at low cost. They are complete solutions where we put ourselves in your shoes.
More customer cases are on the way.
| Project Result | Value Delivered |
|---|---|
