Sanding Machine Installation Requirements: What to Prepare Before Arrival

1. Reasonable space arrangement. Sufficient space for the machine should be well organized, not for the machine only, the space for material feeding and output or even return conveyor (if required) needs to take into account as well. Additionally, make sure there is enough space for the machine windows open and consumable changes.
2. Unloading facility. Make sure you either have an overhead crane or a fork lift to unload the machine.
3. Prepare the wire based on the machine power in advance, ensure the wire phases are correct (do no reverse) and enough length.
4. Air compressor. For the majority of machines, a proper air compressor is required, please double check with your supplier about the air compressor power and air pressure.
5. Dust collector. If you don’t need dust collector from us, you need to prepare it by yourself beforehand. Double check with us the number of dust vacuum pipes, diameters, air speed and volume.
6. The flatness of ground. The sanding rollers have been calibrated parallel before delivery, an uneven floor would affect the processing precision and cause belt run-out too often.

Last but not Least, prepare some typical testing workpieces. Simply connect the power and air supplies, ready to go!
