Magnetic Polishing: Fast Internal & Bright Finishing
To avoid slow, unpredictable, and painful hand-scraping from rotary tumblers, our automated magnetic polishing machine delivers simple, reliable, completely hands-free, and precision deburring and finishing.
Cleans Hidden Corners & Internal Holes
With powerful magnetic forces, tiny stainless steel pins flow like water into complex metal cross-holes, inner threads, and tight corners, delivering precise deburring and finishing.
Keeps Dimensions Untouched
Gently removing razor-sharp burrs and heat marks without rounding your precision edges or changing your part sizes, the magnetic polishing machine will not ruin your parts and scrapped batches.
More Output Less Labor Stress
Engineered with a smooth routine, the magnetic polishing machine can complete the finishing batches in just 5 to 20 minutes, replacing 3 to 5 manual deburring stations.
Magnetic Polishing Machine Models
Delivering precise surface finishing for your production scale, our magnetic polishing machines are specially engineered for different part dimensions, batch volumes, and workshop layouts.

Built for 8-18 kg batch loads and 350-500 round barrels, the standard type is ideal for compact precision parts, electronic pins, watch components, and hardware fittings.

Widely used in elongated tubing, aluminum extrusions, and heavy CNC housings, the square trough type is ideal for 20-80 kg batch loads and trough lengths up to 2800 mm.

Perfect for explosion-proof units, the in-line magnetic polishing machine can match your rapid unloading and continuous through-feed conveyor systems.

High-Flux Magnetic Field: 100% Dead-Zone Access
Designed with a high-flux magnetic driver, our magnetic polishing machine helps you get rid of stubborn internal burrs and dark heat tint after laser cutting or CNC machining. Spinning at high speeds to create a continuous, multi-directional magnetic field, the powerful permanent magnets can help thousands of micro-fine SUS304 stainless steel pins move like a dynamic fluid. Gliding seamlessly into deep cross-holes, narrow slots, and internal threads, the tiny pins can sweep away sharp burrs, cutter marks, and oxidation in just 5 to 20 minutes without altering the metal’s external dimensions.

Linear Translation System for Long and Heavy Workpieces
Standard round polishing can not handle long metal pipes, aluminum profiles, or heavy engine housings. Because the round bowl is small and compact. Your metals will get stuck in one spot. Even if your ends are polished, the middle may stay rough and still with sharp burrs. To fix this, our magnetic polishing machine uses a motorized slider. It moves the entire wash tank back and forth over the spinning magnets. So all your parts will slide and flow through the magnetic zone from end to end with equal deburring and finishing. In the end, you will get completely clean, burr-free surfaces without uneven patches or over-polished edges.
Dual Wet-to-Dry Finishing for Mirror Surfaces
With a two-step process, our magnetic polishing machine can turn your rough, newly manufactured metal part into a perfectly smooth, highly reflective product.
How Does It Work?
- Step 1 (The “Wet” Wash): Firstly, applying a mix of water and tiny magnetic pins quickly scrubs the part. So it can remove sharp edges (burrs) and rough lines in just 5 to 15 minutes.
- Step 2 (The “Dry” Polish): To gently buff the metal with dry, natural materials like crushed walnut shells. The polishing machine can make surfaces extremely smooth and shiny, looking exactly like a mirror.
So, the magnetic polishing machine is perfect for medical tools, camera lenses, or luxury hardware for different factories to get a high-end finish.

FAQ
Working with both non-magnetic and weakly magnetic metals, our magnetic polishing machine can handle stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium alloys, and 3D-printed parts.
Not at all. Only targeting loose burrs, razor-sharp edges, and surface scale, our spin flows smoothly around the parts. Without altering the part dimensions, our magnetic polishing machine ensures your metal is safe within ±0.001mm tolerance.
With custom partition racks or separate washing baskets, our magnetic polishing machine can keep delicate stampings, thin needles, or parts from bending and tangling.
Yes, but with different parts.
When handling strongly magnetic parts, they can naturally stick to the bottom magnets. However, for carbon steels and 400-series parts, to keep them suspended, we apply elevated fixture trays or custom processing setups.
They are semi-permanent and fully reusable. Even under normal daily factory production, the pin can last several years with basic rinsing and dry storage.
Matching a separation sieve and a magnetic hand extractor can help the pins drain back and keep clean parts on top.
