In the first place, we start from the machine frame and welding. When we purchase a machine, we rush to know how precise the machine can achieve and its productivity, but neglect the fundamental basis of a short and long term precision- the entire rigidity and stability of the machine frame. The machine frame, where all processing occurs, undertakes the heavy load and pressure during its service life, requires seamless assembly. A non-strong or poor welding performance(skipped,false,empty,crack,incomplete) frame will lead to the following consequences:

First of all, premium thick Q235 steel is used to guarantee the heavy-duty and rigidity for the machine frame.

 

Secondly,we adopt integrated welding frame welding process, reducing the risks of stress accumulation and avoiding any poor welding performance.

 

Thirdly, The currently widely-used four stress relieving methods are Vibratory Stress Relief(VSR), Thermal Stress Relieving, Ultrasonic Impact Treatment (UIT) and Natural Aging. Vibratory and Thermal Stress Relieving have appreciable defects which may cause secondary stress and the reduction rates are 30-60% and 70-90% respectively. In addition, the cost of Thermal Stress Relieving is extremely high. And we all know that the money manufacturers spend on producing machines would definitely be passed on to customers. The Ultrasonic Impact Treatment is suitable for partial treatment rather than the entire machine. In comparison, though Natural Aging requires a longer time for standing storage, it’s with the best result on frame stress relieving and lowest cost.

Last but not least, for critical installation surfaces, we adopt gantry milling and grinding to guarantee the components perfect fit to each other.
